Shai Sachs has considerable experience developing web applications, and managing web development projects. Mr. Sachs manages all of the development and project management work for Lightulb First. He is an active participant in a number of online communities, including the community for non-profit technologists in Boston, the Harvard and Boston entrepreneurship communities, and the progressive blogosphere.

Shelby Meyerhoff leads Welcoming Websites, a division of Lightbulb First Consulting that provides web development services for religious organizations.

Prior to co-founding Welcoming Websites, Ms. Meyerhoff served as the national organizer for Promise the Children, a nonprofit children's advocacy organization. In this role, Ms. Meyerhoff used internet technology to significantly increase the organization's membership and individual donor base, and to share legislative advocacy resources with members across the country.
